3/4 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tsp Oregano
3/4 tsp. dry mustard Salt & pepper to taste
Blend and store in a glass jar.

White Wine Vinaigette
fresh black pepper
salt if you must
Parmesan or Romano cheese, freshly shredded.
Break caulifower into small flowerettes. Toss with dressing, Serve as is or
on a lettuce leaf.
