Citrus Champagne Sorbet
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
juice of 2 lemons
juice of 1 orange
2 cups champagne
1/2 cup heavy cream.
Boil the water and sugar for
for about 5 minutes. Cool and add the fruit juices and wine.
Put in freezer until it just starts to crystallize, whip
the cream and fold in carefully. Keep in freezer until serving. |
