1 C. Chicken Broth
1/2 dry white wine
juice 1/2 lemon
3 cups chopped chicken.
Garnish with lemon slices, carrot curls, olives and sliced hard boiled eggs.
Serve
with German Reisling

poke a few small holes in the lemon and heat in the microwave
a few seconds, this will release a lot more juice. |
